Our Products

AccelerComm™ has a portfolio of complete high performance O-RAN option 6 and option 7.x  5G NR physical layer solutions targeting specialized applications such as O-RAN, satellite and small-cell solutions.  The Option 6 variants integrate our High PHY 5G NR product with an AccelerComm Low PHY  in a flexible complete physical layer product which optimizes performance, power and area trade-offs.

To complement the ASIC/SoC products, AccelerComm has developed a flexible software-defined High PHY for the arm processor architecture.  

This solution can be optimised to work on a range of platforms, with or without hardware acceleration functions, depending on the capacity / power requirements of the target application. 

We have created an innovative portfolio of 5G NR High PHY IP accelerators, such as LDPC which can improve BLER by 0.7dB, Polar decoding 40% smaller versus competing solutions, and an advanced equalizer that doubles spectral efficiency. Born  out of Southampton University, AccelerComm has an advanced research department led by Professor Rob Maunder, which works to implement O-RAN building blocks with innovative algorithms and unique architectures that maximize signal performance.
