We have created an innovative portfolio of 5G NR High PHY IP accelerators, such as LDPC which can improve BLER by 0.7dB, Polar decoding 40% smaller versus competing solutions, and an advanced equalizer that doubles spectral efficiency. Born out of Southampton University, AccelerComm has an advanced research department led by Professor Rob Maunder, which works to implement O-RAN building blocks with innovative algorithms and unique architectures that maximize signal performance.
For example, AccelerComm's LDPC solution provides the best of block-parallel and row-parallel architectures, resulting in maximum performance and efficiency.
